Animal Health Australia (AHA) provides a payment gateway hosted by Westpac for accreditation renewals and payment of other invoices.

AHA accepts electronic payment for APAV and AAVet renewals, and other specific invoices.

- BPAY reference number printed on your APAV or AAVet renewal invoice
- invoice number printed on other AHA or MAP invoices.

Shipping and delivery policy
AHA will provide services, ship goods or deliver electronically as required. All prices displayed on this website include shipping costs (if applicable). Many payments for services or accreditation do not require shipping.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) as of December 2011.
Customer service policy
We endeavour to make sure that all products and services listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery (if required) is 3–10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods or services are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
AHA is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone, except where this forms an integral part of the designated project. We use this information to identify your orders and provide you with the relevant resources. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
