Animal Health Australia is a not-for-profit public company established by the Australian Government, state and territory governments and national livestock industries. The company was incorporated under Australian Corporations Law in January 1996 and currently has 28 members spread across five membership categories with a structure that facilitates flexible and responsive management of animal health issues and accountability via an independently selected board of directors responsible to members in general meeting.
