Welcome to the Australian Johne’s Disease Market Assurance Program, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

This space is for veterinarians to seek expert advice on aspects of the Australian Johne’s Disease Market Assurance Program (MAP program).

How the page works

First you will need a password to be able to access the FAQS page.  Email us to register and obtain a password.

Then login and post your question according to species, starting with:

• SheepMAP
• CattleMAP
• Goat MAP
• AlpacaMAP

in the subject line.

Once your question has been accepted, an answer will be posted in the space by the National OJD Technical Adviser. Both the question and answer will be visible to all who have access to this page (other veterinarians).

Please note this is not a discussion board and all questions will be moderated. Animal Heath Australia reserves the right to remove any post that is considered defamatory, or not relevant to the discussion or purpose of the FAQ space.  Over time the questions and answers will build an accessible technical body of information for veterinarians who are providing advice to their clients in the MAP program.
